- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on square footage and the condition of the concrete, and every quote includes full grinding, crack repair, and a lifetime warranty against peeling. No hidden fees. We also offer seasonal discounts and military/veteran discounts. I’m always transparent and upfront so you know exactly what to expect
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by getting the square footage and a few photos or doing a quick on-site estimate. From there I provide a detailed quote, help you choose a color, and schedule a one-day installation. On install day, we grind the concrete, repair cracks, lay the coating system, and clean up so the space is ready for same-day use. I keep communication clear and simple from start to finish
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training in concrete grinding, moisture testing, crack repair, and installing industrial-grade coating systems. I’ve completed multiple manufacturer trainings for polyurea and polyaspartic products and stay up-to-date on new materials and installation techniques
