FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly keeping abreast of new developments in the world of photography, both in-camera techniques and new post-production techniques. Failure to do so would leave my work dated relatively quickly and that doesn't help anybody. I also work to develop new techniques and help teach people who are interested in photography about the craft. This helps people to make better pictures and also gives me a greater understanding of why I do what I do.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The three most common types of work that I do for clients are 1) portraits - modern and vintage, 2) architectural - indoor and outdoor and 3) retouching to improve work done by other photographers
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Think about how you want to use your work and for how long. Divide the price by the number of days. You'll find that over time, the price of a good photographer is the same or less than that of a bad photographer. Even if the up-front cost is a bit higher. Make sure you like the work of the person you're hiring.
