Warm Welcome is truly and understatement when it comes to this company! Our water heater went out over a month ago, so we have not had hot water, I have health issues and just didnt know where to turn to as this was a very expensive repair that we were not prepared for. Ty and his wife reached out to me and offered to Gift us a Water Heater. Im in tears as I write this review, to know that there are still good people in this world with compassion and kindness that Ty showed to our Family. He also came and personally installed our water heater and did a wonderful job, which I thought was so kind of him to offer to do it himself. He went above and beyond to take good care of us! Ty and Warm Welcome, We will never be able to express how grateful we are! Thank you so very much with all our hearts! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We quote a firm, upfront price before any work begins, so there are no hourly surprises and no pressure to decide on the spot. Your technician explains what he found and gives you options with prices attached, and you choose at your own pace.
We run seasonal offers throughout the year, including $79 system tune-ups (regularly $179), $99 water heater flushes (regularly $269), and up to $1,000 off a new system installation. Members on our annual maintenance plan get priority scheduling and member pricing on repairs.
For larger projects we offer financing through Service Finance and GoodLeap, with amounts up to $25,000 and terms from 3 to 60 months. You can prequalify without affecting your credit score.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a real conversation. We ask what the system is doing, how long it has been happening, and what matters most to you, then get you on the schedule.
A licensed, background-checked technician arrives in the scheduled window, diagnoses the problem, and walks you through what he found. You get clear options with prices attached, from the straightforward repair to the longer-term fix, and nothing starts until you approve it.
When the work is done we clean up after ourselves, show you the finished job, and explain the maintenance that will keep it running. We treat your home like it is our own.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is licensed in Colorado, including a Master Plumber license (MP.03001837), and we carry general commercial liability, auto liability, and umbrella insurance. Every technician passes a background check.
We also invest in ongoing continuing education for our technicians rather than treating training as a one-time box to check. That keeps the crew current on high-efficiency equipment, tankless water heaters, modern venting and combustion-air requirements, and Colorado code updates, which matters more here than most places because of our altitude and swing in temperatures.
