Dominik came to my home to look at my oven and was amazing. He gave me an honest answer on my options, including down time warranty with fixing what I had vs. just buying a new oven. I appreciated that he took the time to explain all my options and didn't push me one way or another. He even took the time to look at some other issues I was having with a few other appliances I was having minor problems with and had them corrected in no time. He was beyond fantastic. I know who I will be calling for all my needs from here on out. He is honest and genuine, and truly has your best intentions at heart, and to me that is worth every penny.
