Matt's team installed a gym rubber floor in my basement and also pulled up all bedroom carpets to get squeaks out/and fortify subfloors. Matt was very easy to work with, professional, timely and communicative through the process. He was also super flexible on scheduling when we had kids home sick which was really valued. His onsite team was efficient, very hardworking and smart- they thought of solutions to challenges encountered during the project and implemented them immediately. Thoughtful, smart and super hard working.

I hired Matt originally to do my luxury vinyl plank floors in the basement. He and his team executed it seamlessly, and I am very happy with the results. I have since we hired him to do a full remodel of my upstairs, and so far they have exceeded my expectations. The quality of the work and attention to detail is hard to find in this industry and Matt has a keen eye for it. If it’s not done right, he will start over and not leave until it’s perfect. He has great subs that love what they do and it shows.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have discounts for certain things. Only fees would be any extra work done on top of the work in contract.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact them to set an appointment to walk through the job with them in order to establish exactly what it is the homeowner is looking for. Give them details on how the job will be done. Email or txt them an estimate based on what we talked about. Send contract for customer to sign. Then do what we do best!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in biology and minor in chemistry. Also a bachelors of science in nursing. Also been a personal trainer for private clients for 12+ years
