Matt explained well what needed to be done, which included levelling and underlayment. Because of his knowledge and business experience and fair price, we chose him to do the work. The LVT in our basement was completed in 2 days and we are happy with the workmanship.

Matt was amazing to work with. Very professional, personable and knowledgeable. Flexible around our schedule and extremely punctual (he usually beat us to the condo.) His crew was professional and friendly. There were some serious fills they needed to make and a minor repair on two doors, and they did a great job. The place looks like new. We weren't around much, the condo they painted was empty. But we were very impressed with the result. Things were reasonably cleaned up, the blinds were hung back up. I am a stickler for straight lines along the ceilings and they were very well done. I saw one spot that was missed during the walk through and Matt fixed it right then and there. I would hire Matt again in a heartbeat. I could only check three items to recommend Matt but all were true. He was also very responsive in communicating and the value was great. He beat every other bid we got but that had no negative effect on the quality and result of his crew's work.

Jason and his team were great! They were timely and efficient. Would have liked them to use drop cloths on the floor downstairs as it had just been installed and we’ve found a lot of paint splatter to clean up. We’re doing touch ups but that’s mostly due to light changes on the wall surfaces. Happy with the value.

Matt was great to work with. We first had our main floor done with vinyl and then decided to do upstairs as well. His team was incredible on both jobs. They were very responsive, reasonably priced, and on schedule.
We spotted a minor cosmetic blemish after they were done. The whole team immediately returned the next morning and fixed it. Says a lot about guaranteeing one's work.
I will hire them again in a heartbeat.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have discounts for certain things. Only fees would be any extra work done on top of the work in contract.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact them to set an appointment to walk through the job with them in order to establish exactly what it is the homeowner is looking for. Give them details on how the job will be done. Email or txt them an estimate based on what we talked about. Send contract for customer to sign. Then do what we do best!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in biology and minor in chemistry. Also a bachelors of science in nursing. Also been a personal trainer for private clients for 12+ years
