Pricing is transparent and straightforward. Standard notary fees follow state guidelines, with a modest travel fee added based on distance and location for mobile visits. For wedding officiating, loan signings, and complete estate planning packages (wills and trusts), I offer flat package rates so you always know the total cost upfront with no hidden surprises. Loan Signings & Estate Packages: $75–$300 depending on the size of the document package and location. Wedding Officiating: $150–$400+ depending on the size, location, and level of customization you need for your ceremony. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Chat: We briefly confirm what documents need notarizing or what type of ceremony you're planning. Scheduling: We pick a time and place that works best for you—your home, office, coffee shop, hospital, or event venue. Preparation: I let you know exactly what government IDs or paperwork you'll need ready. Execution: On the day of, I show up punctually, verify identities, complete the notarization or ceremony, and ensure all paperwork is properly finalized and handled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a State-Commissioned Notary Public, fully bonded and errors & omissions (E&O) insured, with a completed background check. I have specialized training in loan signings and estate documents, as well as credentials as an Ordained Minister to legally officiate weddings and vow renewals.
