- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure is straightforward. We offer a fixed monthly fee, billed on the 5th month or quarterly , based on the volume of work and the requested project requirements. For example: the standard monthly accounting service for a startup business starts at $99
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start by scheduling an initial meeting – either in person or via Zoom, depending on distance client preferences. During this meeting, we will discuss current accounting books, understand your goals, and identify your expectations. Once done, we will prepare a detailed proposal outlining the scope of service we will provide including deliverables, deadline and pricing. Once everything is set up, we typically work remotely, with regular, daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly meetings depending on your business needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting (BAcc), followed by an MBA earned in 2004. Over the past 22 years, i have gained extensive experience in senior finance leadership roles, including CFO positions. We currently have a team of highly qualified accountants holding diverse accounting certifications, with experience ranging from 2 to 15 years, including Controller level roles as well as Accounting Analyst positions.
