My love for exterior design and construction started way (way, way, way) back in my teens think 80's! I was a helping hand to neighbors and I've always had a knack for problem solving and dream-building. Where others have said it can't be done, my most common answer has been, "why not"?

One of my greatest pleasures is seeing a concept that a client couldn't articulate well come to fruition with strength and even greater existence than they originally had anticipated! It's amazing what a few purposeful questions can prompt the mind to sketch out on a napkin and unleash the other ideas that were log jammed with writer's cramp! I love what I do and it's such a fun process engaging with my clientele's ideas, dreams and visions and coming up with the "ice cream sundae" of their project and putting it all together as their cash-flow permits!

Izzy was quick to accommodate our needs. He talked with us extensively about our perfect scenario. He educated us on concrete as well as offering other solutions we had not though of. He was a pleasure to work with!!!

I had them install a colored and stamped concrete patio and walkway. Izzy and all of his workers take pride in what they do and want to have their product truly enhance the yard. Izzy has an artistic eye for landscape design and makes sure that the curves and angles being installed compliment the landscape features already in a yard. Izzy and his team also want to be sure that they are meeting the customer's expectations and incorporating the customer's ideas as they work on the project. I appreciate their willingness to listen to the customer, answer questions, and respond in a timely manner to communications. I also appreciate their accountability in fixing any issues that come up along the way. I would recommend them to others and will keep them on my list for future projects.

I would recommend Izzy Lozada-Terebinth Designs for any landscaping project. His work is exceptional and his crew is well trained. Pricing is also competitive. My husband and I are avid DIYers, but this project just wasn't in our realm of expertise - a stamped concrete patio on a slope that had to be leveled and still allow drainage. The final outcome exceeded our expectations for design, color and style. We chose Izzy because he was honest, he was speedy in his communication with us, and especially the professional workmanship.With the exception of a few scheduling delays, out of anyone's control, the work was done in three days. We are extremely pleased with the results, and as mentioned before, exceeded our expectations for professionalism and workmanship. His crew showed pride in workmanship and their trade, and Izzy showed himself as a competent and caring manager for his crew. Thanks Izzy!

Terebinth Exterior Designs did a wonderful job adding a large stamped concrete patio to my backyard! My only suggestion would be for the crew to shop vacuum the area post completion to clean up large debris that might injure pets. They under promised on the timeline and over delivered. We had the patio completed in plenty of time for a backyard party ! They patio was a hit and everyone commented on how beautiful it was. We will be enjoying it for many years to come. I will upload photos soon.
