I wanted thank Paul for recent furnace installation in my house. I had my furnace replaced last month, march of 2016, and I looked around several companies and we chose Paul as our guy per his knowledge, other people's reviews and also his comparative quote. Long story short, he came out and not only installed new furnace in a day but also organized all the wires and pipes in my furnace room made it very neat. Plus, recent spring snow storm, we had a heating failure and he made to my house in Monument from Woodland (that day was pretty brutal to drive, which I would understood even if he stop by day later) and found out to be wall switch problem which was nothing to do with furnace installation and fixed it for us. That showed me how dedicated he was and stand behind his works. Thank you Paul!

All of a sudden my 27 year old boiler starting leaking. On a recommendation we called Hardcastle. We are not disappointed in our choice. Kyle and J.D. came and explained to us our options and we selected a "combie" solution which provided us a tankless system which we wanted. These two were the consummate professionals. We looked at the replacement equipment as something to keep us warm and provide hot water. To them this was a piece of art. The finished product looked so good that you almost wanted to leave off the doors and let people see the boiler in all of its grandeur. We weren't quite there but it did look great. Kyle and J.D. kept us informed every step of the way. The provide space heaters and even made sure we could take a hot shower on the 2nd day before they started the actual replacement. Kyle went over all of the workings once the job was complete. We believe that we got the best product available and the service was what you hope for but rarely receive. We couldn't be happier with the new boiler and the professionalism that these two brought to the project.

I had a service repair technician come out to my house and replace my old broken thermostat with a new one. The guy was very professional, down to earth, honest, up front and very helpful when I had questions about how the system operated and communicated with my furnace and whole house humidifier. He helped me set/program the thermostat and was very understanding about my lack of knowledge with this type of technology and I felt comfortable having this company do work inside my home and get the job done right.

We always encourages our customers to get at least 3 estimates before purchasing equipment, as we want the customer to know they are getting the best and most efficient deal.
