- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved to run/ hike/ lift weights/ but when I saw how calming yoga is plus you get a great workout I thought maybe this path is for me. I really wanted to work not only on my physical body but mental and spiritual body too.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
As much as I would love for people to think I sit on a mountain top practicing all day, I have bills to pay, relationships to work on, a full time job other than teaching and sometimes as a teacher I have my bad days too. I try to keep things in perspective.
