How it works.
1. Select a service.
Select a service from the categories above or type the service needed into the search bar in the top left.
2. Select a pro.
Based on the service needed and zip code, you’ll see a list of pros in the customer’s area. Select a pro by clicking “view profile.”
3. Fill out the request form.
Follow the prompts and provide the job details. Thumbtack will ask for more information, like the customer’s preferred date and time for the work to be completed.
4. Hire a pro.
Complete the request flow to book a pro. When asked to enter a name, email and phone number, enter the contact’s information from BOSSCAT who will directly manage the pro on behalf of the customer.
5. Contact the customer.
An email will be sent automatically to BOSSCAT, letting you know the pro is booked. Pass along all details to the customer so they are prepared for their pro’s arrival.
