How it works.
1. Ensure your pro is booked at least one day after your product is scheduled to arrive. Include as many details as possible about the product you want the pro to install in your request.
2. If your shipment encounters issues or delays, it’s the customer’s responsibility to rebook the pro for another time.
3. The exact cost of your job varies depending on which products you purchase, the scale of the installation and the pro you choose.
4. If you encounter issues with your SmartWave product, please email service@smartwaveshades.com. For issues with your Thumbtack pro, please call (866) 501-5809.
