What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Simple, Comprehensible, No surprises. Note: Two Hour Minimum, plus a nominal travel fee (usually $15-20 for local moves) to cover fuel and time commitment. Truck + 1 Helper - $70/hr Truck + 2 Helpers - $100/hr Truck + 3 Helpers - $130/hr Truck + 4 Helpers - $160/hr **Need labor only, or just our pickup truck?** 2 Helpers - $75/hr 3 Helpers - $95/hr
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A brief conversation about your moving needs, and the logistics surrounding the move (amount to be moved, flights of stairs, availability of elevators length of hallways and walkways), which will help us estimate the appropriate amount of helpers and time necessary to complete the job
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Owner/Manager is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Business, Class of 2005. Over a decade of business experience, small and large, since then.
