My corporate cooking workshops will be $500/workshop for a minimum of 10 attendees and a maximum of 25. Workshops are TBD per workshop.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My own health crisis and working with new mothers. We take food for granted and then the line of what food and nourishment is becomes hazy and confusing. When I started to understand the true definition of nutrition and applied it, my body overcame serious illness and I created this program to help others to do the same thing.
