How did you get started doing this type of work?
I didn't originally intend to get into the computer industry. In 1989, I was working for a small local bank with an in-house computer system maintained by another employee. When she left the job to start a family, I took over her position and found that I had an aptitude for computers. Several decades later, I find myself with a great deal of hands-on experience and education gained from working on a wide range of hardware and software.
