I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Intuitive and Certified Reiki Master Teacher Practitioner with a heart to heal. I am a graduate of The Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy. I practice both Eastern & Western modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue & Trigger Point Style Massage, Sports massage, Integrated Myofascial Release, Acupressure, Reiki, & Chakra Balancing. I believe in our body's innate capability to heal itself. I specialize in treating the entire body as a whole and being a channel for healing based on my clients needs. Anna is so above and beyond wonderful. In the past, I had not had a good experience getting massages. I usually either ended up more sore than when I came in as it was too harsh and traumatizing to my body, or I felt like nothing in my body changed as it was too light with mostly gentle touching, not physically therapeutic. Anna has completely transformed my experience with massage -- I leave feeling rejuvenated, loose, limber, and like all my body aches, pains and needs were attended to. I feel that massage is now an integral part of my life and recovery. I found Anna as I'm training for my first marathon. As I climbed to the high teens and low twenties for my long run per week in my training, I knew I wanted something to help me along with my recovery as I was usually stiff, in pain, a little immobile and incredibly sore the days I ran my long run and the following day but I couldn't spend the next day just in bed (even though I wanted to). I decided to try getting massaged the day after my long run (my recovery day). Massages with Anna have transformed my training and recovery. My recovery time is shorter and my body rebounds so much quicker after the long run trauma. Anna is very attentive and responsive to my needs. She communicates really well as she checks in the perfect amount throughout the experience to see how you're doing and finds every way to make you feel incredibly comfortable and to get the most out of your experience. She asks you about your problem areas and how your body is feeling, but she also listens to what your body is saying as she moves it and notices what's going on with it in ways that you might not be totally aware of yet. She has such a incredibly intuitive sense to know what you need and happily accommodates rather than rigidly following any formulaic time-sensitive massage plan. She easily pivots to ensure she takes care of the specific problem areas while maintaining a whole-body care and healing approach, and no part of you is left neglected. She is SO extremely kind and thoughtful. She has offered me so much advice on healing my body and taking care of my body through this experience that I can also apply to my life inside and outside of training. She is a totally vibrant human being that radiates positivity, genuineness, kindness and gorgeous energy. I have thoroughly enjoyed getting massaged by her, getting to know her through our sessions, and her attentiveness to me to help cultivate the best version of myself through taking care of my body and making it feel its best to function at its best. I highly recommend her!!!

Excellent service! She took the time to explain her process and repeatedly asked how I was doing throughout the massage, which I appreciate. I felt she really cares about her clients and this was my first visit! My neck pain has disappeared. I will definitely continue to see her as needed. Excellent communications with setting up the appointment as well. I have been looking for a really good massage therapist and finally found one!
