- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is different for each event based on requirements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process usually starts with a phone conversation followed by a proposal of services based on initial needs. Once the proposal has been accepted the client will sign a Letter of Agreement and pay an initial deposit. I am in contact with the client throughout the planning process so you won't feel like you have lost control. We will talk so often that you will miss me once it's all over!
