I've worked with Elaine Johnson on numerous projects through the years and her work is, bar non, top notch! Elaine can take what looks like an area that a bomb went off in and have it looking like a showroom in no time! She helps with going through emotional cleansing as well (i.e. packing my deceased Mom's things); she was so very kind, patient and helpful. It gets no better in business than Elaine. Very professional, dedicated, reliable and trustworthy. **HIGHLY RECOMMEND**

Elaine and her assistant Diane managed packing and storing my entire 1st floor to prepare for remodeling.From arranging the pod and movers. They also did the move back in reorganizing and decluttering.To say I could not have accomplished this without then is an understatement. Elaine is super organized and efficient, Diane also was stellar. She was reliable and delivered above and beyond my expectations.Their quality was superb. There is nothing I could suggest except cloning themselves. They will be back to complete reorganizing the basement.I was very happy and never could have accomplished this task. I could not have been happier

Elaine is wonderful! You feel like you are working with a friend. She basically went through my entire house sorting through my messes, getting me to throw stuff out that I wasnât able to do on my own, and organizing what was left. She did a beautiful job on my kitchen cabinets, linen closet, bathroom vanity and medicine cabinet, attic and tons of files. Life is much easier after Elaine has worked her magic!

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a complimentary consultation but charge hourly. The reason I offer the consultation is so that I have a better idea about the scope of the job. Once I have seem the space or understand better what the client wants, I am better able to estimate the amount of time the job will take.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin at the consultation stage and determine what your needs are versus your "wish list". This way we tackle what needs to be done first. Once we are able to get you through the most important projects, we then can create a plan on how to work on the remaining projects. This is not a one size fits all industry, so every job is customized for the individual client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I do. I am a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers, and the Connecticut chapter of NAPO Being a part of the organization offers me the opportunity for self-study training and every month at our local chapter meeting we have speakers who come and help us to further our education and insight into our profession.
