They were prompt, came with all necessary parts and fixed in one visit when it was freezing temps outside. He also put in a new air filter which I had and checked all operational parts and blower to make sure everything was in working order. Would recommend and use again.

We had to leave our house when the hot water heater went out. Thanks to Rheem's honoring our warranty, we left the scheduling of our work in Asia's capable hands at Ray's Heating & Cooling in Bridgeport CT. The technician, Keshawn, came and completed installation of the replacement part as planned. We were pleased to find all working well when we returned home. Thanks to all.
