Mike and his tech came as scheduled. They gave my heat pump system a service check. They also recommended what needed to be done to it for the summer season. The price for his work today was very reasonable. Will use his company again.

Working with Mike and Anthony at Air It is was a great experience. I had a very old HVAC system at my business and I could not get it to work for 3 years, it ran an out dated coolant, old coil and also had multiple leaks, Mike and Anthony came 8 times, replacing the outside condenser, inside coil, and different adapters to make it work, and they insisted that I don’t need to spend extra to replace the units that work and are fairly new. It was a long process’s to trouble shoot, finding the source of error, but Mike was always responsive and Anthony is never tired to come and go back up the crawspace…. Highly recommend Air it is for your HVAC job, they will go the extra mile to get it done!

My family's experience working with Mike was exceptional. Our AC unit literally exploded at the end of August last year, and while we planned on fixing it during the fall / winter, of course we procrastinated until it started getting warm. We had two quotes that were substantially higher than what we got from Mike, and would take a few weeks to a month to complete. Mike and his team were at our house the next day and had the unit installed two days later. They were extremely competent and took the time to walk us through all of their costs and how that translated to our ultimate bill. They even took the time to look at some of the work we had done on other parts of the house. We'll definitely work with Mike and his team again - great people offering a high quality service at a great value.

Do not mislead by saying my heat is fixed and all I need is a thermostat. My heat is till out despite replacing my thermostat. Don’t attempt to charge me a service fee and an hourly rate when you advertise waiving said rate if you are hired (glad you didn’t go through with it). Lastly, my problem is the same after your technician left and I am $125 poorer. You shouldn’t charge for doing nothing.

My tech was there for a long time and give you different options of how to resolve the issue including parts that need to be purchased. You already knew it was not a simple fix as you mentioned we were the third hvac company that came to the property.
