LAB Renovations did a kitchen rebuild for me after I experienced a water leak from a broken pipe. They were exceptional from beginning to end. The owner, Lamoy Brown, gave me, by far, the best quote out of the four contractors I spoke with. His crew, Eduardo and Franklin, exceeded my expectations. They completed the job in less time than was originally estimated, and they went above and beyond the norm in their attention to detail and overall job satisfaction. I am thoroughly pleased with this company and have already referred their name to a relative who will be needing work in the future. I highly recommend them.

I hired LAB as a general contractor for my townhome rental. The tenants left it an absolute disaster and I needed it all repaired before I could put it on the market for sale. My property is 1400 sq feet which he and his team painted the interior in its entirety (walls, cabinets, trim, etc), fixed holes, installed a new carpet, and handled other odd jobs within the unit. And he did it all in just a few weeks, meeting my timeline. I was not only able to get on the market in time but I also received offers within just a few days of going live.

LAB’s communication is top tier…he kept me updated throughout the entire process and also answered any question I had immediately despite me being 3 hours behind his time zone. No matter what time I reached out, he was always responsive.

The painting, carpentry, deep cleaning, and just his work in general is of high quality. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and competitively priced contractor.

The contractor at LAB Renovations did an excellent job patching and painting the washer closet in one day, delivering great results. I'm including before and after pictures to show the transformation. Highly recommended.

Mr. Brown and his renovations group are definitely rated 5 stars. Michelin of construction. I will not hesitate to recommend them and give them 2 thumbs up. Financial wise they are less costly than other contractors, very well deserved for a quality project. Mr. Brown is solid and top notch builder.
