LAB Renovations did a kitchen rebuild for me after I experienced a water leak from a broken pipe. They were exceptional from beginning to end. The owner, Lamoy Brown, gave me, by far, the best quote out of the four contractors I spoke with. His crew, Eduardo and Franklin, exceeded my expectations. They completed the job in less time than was originally estimated, and they went above and beyond the norm in their attention to detail and overall job satisfaction. I hired LAB as a general contractor for my townhome rental. The tenants left it an absolute disaster and I needed it all repaired before I could put it on the market for sale. My property is 1400 sq feet which he and his team painted the interior in its entirety (walls, cabinets, trim, etc), fixed holes, installed a new carpet, and handled other odd jobs within the unit. And he did it all in just a few weeks, meeting my timeline. I was not only able to get on the market in time but I also received offers within just a few days of going live. LAB’s communication is top tier…he kept me updated throughout the entire process and also answered any question I had immediately despite me being 3 hours behind his time zone. No matter what time I reached out, he was always responsive. The painting, carpentry, deep cleaning, and just his work in general is of high quality. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and competitively priced contractor.
