I had Scott do dinner for myself & my girlfriend & three couples. He met with me & we discussed a menu. He was very good at helping me choose different & interesting dishes to go with the main course. (I had decided on fish before we met ). It seemed to me that Scott had the know how & the experience that I was looking for in a caterer. The best part was that he didn't waste my time with a lot of small talk, but was also very friendly & easy to work with. Needless to say the meal was great,on time and served by a very well trained & pleasant girl named Jessica.
I'm sure that there were a few glitches but I was unaware it. All in all it was a great time and I'll invite Scott & his team back again.

Scott prides himself on perfection and pleasing his clients. I have been fortunate enough to experience a variety of dishes he's prepared. His knowledge of food preparation and ability to combine flavors and textures makes the food he prepares ultimately delicious and beautiful to look at. I look forward to enjoying Scott's cooking again soon!

Scott worked an event that I held for some of my top clients in Wilton. These are some very valuable clients and I had to ensure that not only the food be top notch but that the service as a whole be above and beyond, to ensure that my clients had a memorable experience. Scott certainly delivered! From our initial meeting, to the delivery of high quality tasting food to the impeccable service, the time and attention that Scott put forth for the event actually went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Scott and I plan on hiring him again for my next client event.

i had scott do a dinner party for us last year and it was excellent.he put together a menu with great detail,creativity and taste.everything was on time and done to perfection.looking forward to working with him in the future.
