my AC unit stopped working and they were able to get me on the schedule for the next day. Rey did a complete diagnostic to find where the problem was and had me back up and running in under two hours. Our AC stopped working and it was 80 degrees in the house. A technician was able to come within the hour and fixed the problem right then and there. He was able extremely helpful and kind, and explained everything professionally.
