In our initial conversation Mike made certain that he got all the facts. He then set up a meeting time and verified it with me He arrived when he said he would arrive and proceeded to do a thorough inspection based on on the information I had provided to him. He explained in detail what he had found and said that he would put his inspection report in an email for me to review.
