So far I have had a fantastic experience! After my previous supplier left me nearly run out of propane twice, and the same supplier left several of my neighbor's run completely out, I was thrilled to have a company that communicates, delivers as promised, and just overall exceptionally pleasant to work with!

Tank Farm is no different than any other propane dealer. When I was looking for a new supplier for my customer owned tank and found Tank farm was ~$0.20 - $0.30 cheaper than the lowest supplier in the area I called them. They told me that the price was the current price for both new and old customers. I thought great I found a new propane company that doesnt play the pricing game. Well I was wrong. After my 2nd fill I found them to be $0.30 higher than the lowest local supplier in my area. I am now due for a refill and checked into the pricing again before they came out to fill. Yes the local supplier is cheaper again. So I am going to cancel my service with Tank Farm.

I guess tank farm dropped the ball on refilling our tank. Down to 45% not monitoring like they said they would.
