- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing can vary based on the specific needs of a client however I do have a pricing for typical services that clients can choose from. Within 20 miles of Bristol CT the typical cost for up to 30 high resolution photos is - $199 for houses up to 2,000 s.f. $249 for houses 2,000 - 3,000 s.f. $299 for houses 3,000 - 4,000 s.f. Pricing for 4,000+ s.f. will be determined based on the the specific needs of the assignment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?After asking questions to determine the specific needs of a customer I will custom tailor a quote for them. Or, if they prefer they can choose from a standard set of services and fees.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I went to college for visual fine arts/photography, have trained with professional photographers and have photographed hundreds of houses both as a photographer and as a real estate professional.
