David Alger was called in to give an estimate on asbestos removal on a property that was scheduled to close imminently .
His prompt response with his written estimate and immediate scheduling of the actual removal put both buyers and sellers confident that the closing would close as scheded.
The job was completely not only timely but the home was left in impeccable condition.
David answered all questions and communicated regularly with the seller and myself.
His knowledge - expertise and customer service was outstanding .
