Introduction: I am a wellness and life coach, artist, professional speaker, oncology physical therapist and stage III breast cancer survivor. My passion as a wellness coach is to help others grow into their purpose on this planet and embrace their authentic selves. It is an exciting journey if you are willing to let go of who you think you should be and become who you really are! We all have unique gifts and talents that should be shared! I also provide seminars/workshops on cancer survivorship and moving forward after loss I call RETURN TO SELF. In addition I facilitate Julia Cameron's brilliant THE ARTIST'S WAY workshop for recovering creatives. I have also lectured fellow medical colleagues and specifically targeted topics related to neurology,rehabilitation oncology and the neurophysiology of motivation. I enjoy sharing my life experience with others and helping them to deal with crisis, loss, stress or challenge through re-wired thinking and self empowerment. My style is warm and witty. I love encouraging others to find and follow their path to joy. I always learn from my audience and try to integrate their unique experiences with mine to help me grow as a coach.

I had the privilege and pleasure of meeting Kim during a workshop (The Artists Way) at the Peninsula Art Academy. She is an incredibly warm, welcoming, kind and compassionate women. She made our class feel comfortable welcome and safe to share, safe to speak and comfortable with how much we chose to or chose not divulge during our exploration of this amazing book and our own creative internal spaces. I had the opportunity- privilege is a better word-- to teach with Kim when I first entered the world of teaching. We shared a common love, neurology, but she had a contagious passion that kept my students leaning in for more. I have never met a more inviting or compelling teacher. She is so real and yet able to thread you into a dimension not far from where you are that you will want to explore! Dare I say Kim is amazing as a woman,friend, teacher, mentor, and student of life? I am a certified Life Coach I am a graduate of the Artist's Way Workshop and an oil painter with professional training I am certified as a Stephen Minister and can provide counsel to those in need I am a professional seminar instructor and former university faculty member I am an Ohio licensed physical therapist with a Master's Degree in Neurologic PT I have additional specialized training as an oncology PT and am a Certified Lymphedema Therapist I am a stage III breast cancer survivor
