Introduction: When a job change allowed me to escape the daily grind of commuting to New York City on Metro North and work from home in Greenwich, I began to spend my reclaimed free time working out more.
As I began to increase my frequency of participating in both mat and reformer classes at area gyms, my enthusiasm and love for the method inspired me to teach.
