Samantha L. says, "I recently hired Lainez Painting for a residential painting project, and I am pleased to share my experience. **Quality of Work:** The team demonstrated exceptional skill and attention to detail. The finish on the walls is smooth, and the colors were applied evenly. They took the time to prepare the surfaces properly, which made a significant difference in the overall look of the rooms. **Professionalism:** From the initial consultation to the completion of the job, the painters were punctual and courteous. They arrived on time each day and communicated effectively about the progress and any potential issues. Their professionalism was evident in how they handled my questions and concerns. **Time Management:** The project was completed within the estimated timeframe, which I greatly appreciated. The team worked efficiently without compromising on quality, and they adhered to the schedule we discussed during the quote. **Pricing:** The pricing was competitive compared to other quotes I received. I felt that the quality of work justified the cost, and there were no hidden fees. The quote was transparent, and I was informed of any changes beforehand. **Cleanliness:** The crew was very respectful of my home. They took care to protect my furniture and floors and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. I didn’t have to worry about any mess left behind. **Overall Experience:** I am thoroughly satisfied with the painting services provided by Lainez Painting. They transformed my space beautifully, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. I would definitely consider hiring them again for future projects."See more

FAQs

Answers to commonly asked questions from the experts on Thumbtack.

There are several great options for waterproof basement flooring. For example, epoxy floors are waterproof but are thicker and sturdier than paint. Make sure the concrete substrate has been prepared for application.

Tile is a designer’s dream, giving you a moisture-resistant surface that’s infinitely customizable. Rubber sheets or tiles are also good waterproof options, particularly for playrooms, workout areas or laundry rooms.

Vinyl tiles and planks imitate wood or other materials very convincingly, provide moisture resistance and last a long time. And sheet vinyl is affordable and a great waterproofing solution for those in need of quick fixes.
