- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First we have to go to the place in person, measure and explain to you the type of material that we are going to use and the time that we are going to take on your project, so we can send you a reasonable price to your email.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with new clients, the first thing is to explain to them the entire project process, the time that we are going to take on their project, then I explain about the payment system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years of experience working in remodeling houses inside and out, especially decks and fences.
