Jesse and his team are the best… helped me with my grading work patio and pergola work… they were very punctual and had unbelievable knowledge about codes and needs for project

Finish the job. Never mind on time... just finish it. No point to the warranty if they never come back to finish or correct the job to begin with. I am heartbroken to have to write such a poor review because Jesse and his team started out doing such a nice job that we signed a contract for a second even larger project. Unfortunately, it remains unfinished since December 2023. Problems with the work remain unaddressed. I even offered to pay for upgraded replacement railings... but even that didn't get Jesse back to correct the problems. These include but are not limited to: never attached railings (code violation), splitting handrails (safety concerns), poorly installed wire rails so they now sag (do not meet code), incorrect soil fill used at top level of yard (huge stones surfacing), paint peeling, rubber strip peeling, no locking sand between pavers and stones so now the walkway is unlevel. I had a delivery man trip on our walkway because the stones have heaved. Nice if I end up sued... Some are truly of a safety concern and others are just depressingly sloppy visually. These are all things Jesse promised in writing time and again to return to fix. Didn't happen. Next Gen is on to its Next project. On Facebook they all look wonderful... including my project... but close up... not so much. So disappointed that I told my neighbor when he asked if I recommended NextGen, that he should find a company that won't abandon the job once they have been paid the lion's share of the fee. And then stands by their warranty! Sad as I really liked the team. I'll let my pictures detail the sloppiness left unaddressed for 8 mos. I'll have to hire someone else to correct the problems.
