Apple Hardwood Floors did an absolutely outstanding job on our three-story townhouse. They refinished all of our hardwood floors and the results are beautiful, smooth, even, and like new again. They were careful, professional, and respectful of our home from start to finish.
The owner, Olter Neto, personally oversaw the project and checked in regularly to make sure we were completely satisfied. That level of care really showed. They also made excellent repairs in areas where the floors were damaged. You’d never know there had been an issue. We couldn’t be happier with the workmanship and service and would highly recommend Apple Hardwood Floors to anyone looking to refinish or repair their floors.

I had a wood floor covered for over 50 years with rug. The floor had damages that or fixed then sanded stained and polyurethane. The floor came out better than anything I could have imagined and all do to the gentleman that did the job. My advice... use this company!

Wow. The floors throughout our house look incredible! A total transformation. Olter and his team were super flexible when we had to reschedule due to delays in other work, which we really appreciated. They always turned up on time, they worked quickly and took great care of the house while they were working. They repaired flooring in a few spots, including a big hole in one closet, and the repair is seamless, they also took up old carpet on our stairs, patched up the holes and refinished it - it looks stunning!

Olter and his crew are excellent! I first reached out to him a few months ago, when we were looking at getting our floors refinished, but didn’t know when we’d be able to do it. He stopped by that morning, gave me a great estimate, and was very patient as we decided when it would work best with our schedule to be out of the house for the days it would take for the floors to dry.
A couple months later we finally found a few days where we could be out of the house, and they came a second time to go over everything again. Olter was able to look at another piece of stained wood in the house we wanted to match and instantly identify, from memory, a similar stain that would work. (He brought his color samples with him to give us plenty of options.)
The finished product is absolutely beautiful, and they finished the project earlier than I had anticipated. Olter kept us updated with texts throughout the process so we knew where things stood, even showing us where he left the key on his way out. Professional, courteous, and a truly great flooring guy! I cannot recommend him highly enough!
