- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very reasonable & based on what specifically you are asking for. It all is situational because every house or property is different. I care about quality & want to feel proud about the work I’ve done for you. Discounts are situational as well depending on the size of the job & if you are adding more work as the timeline of the original contract goes forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process of working with a new client involves either direct leads from former customers/friends, word of mouth or Thumbback users. From that point, we either set up a phone call for more information or a walk through of the property that needs work done. At this point, the potential customer is pointing out everything they need done & in return, they are receiving a free quote, which will be emailed within 24 hours of walkthrough. From this point on, hopefully we can start working within a couple days!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been doing painting & home improvements for over 7 years. I still love going to my job every single day & connecting with new faces to build forever relationships. Having a background of management & customer service allows me to maintain authenticity & getting the customers to where they want to be. Making things look brand new again is kind of my forte.
