Upon my initial meeting with Rome, I knew he would be the person I would be hiring for my basement needs. Rome was professional, thorough, and assisted me with piecing together exactly how I wanted my basement to look. From start to finish, Rome and his crew were here early in the morning until the days work was completed. I would like to acknowledge his master carpenter Steve, as he can literally build something out of nothing. His skills and knowledge are impeccable! Then there is Sergio😊. This man was such a pleasure to work with. He is one of the best electricians and plumbers I've ever encountered, not to mention his humble and gentle spirit. I am pleased with the results of my basement and would definitely recommend and use Rome again for my home improvement needs!

We contacted Rome prior to closing on our new home with a few projects we hoped to have done (new flooring installed and paint for several rooms). He was very responsive and helpful - he came to see the house the morning after we closed, and brought a team of his guys to get started on the work that same day. He wrote up a contract outlining their work and the total rate, so there were no unexpected costs. We had less than two weeks between closing and our move-in date, and his guys did a wonderful job of getting everything done on time, leaving us with a few extra days to clean up and prepare the house for movers. Rome and his team ended up doing much more than our initial scope of work - they replaced lighting fixtures and a fan, built up the floor in our master suite to be level with the rest of our flooring, installed a fireproof door in our garage, came back to replace support beams in our basement, and installed a railing on our front steps. Through everything, Rome was communicative, friendly, professional, and detail-oriented. His prices are very reasonable for the area, and he really cares about ensuring that we feel happy with the work that is done. I couldn’t recommend Rome enough, and we look forward to hiring him again to finish our basement.
