A M&K was one of the first company to contact me about my job. Besides being prompt, M. also , listed my options and gave me a reasonable all inclusive price. The work was finished to not only my satisfaction, but also the satisfaction of my tenant's pre-teen daughter, within a week; last week .

Overall, I was pleased with the quality of the tile installation. The craftsmanship was solid, the grout lines were clean, and the finished work looks professional. The installer was courteous and completed the project in a reasonable time-frame. The reason for the 4-star rating instead of 5 is that the tile layout was not centered properly within the space. While the installation itself was done well, the lack of proper centering affects the overall appearance. Before installation, my husband marked the area with arrows to show how the tile layout should be centered within the space. While it is only noticeable to us, it is significant enough that we felt it should be mentioned in an otherwise positive review. That said, the workmanship was good, and I would consider using this installer again, while being sure to discuss layout details more thoroughly before work begins.
