- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask a lot of questions. Why do you need this type of work? Have you ever had someone provide this service for you in the past? If so, tell me what you did and didn't like about your experience. Will you need this on a regular basis or is this a one time project? All of these questions help me to better understand a clients expectations, and the scale of the project, which will help me to work effectively and efficiently.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As I learned more and more about writing throughout college I started to pick up little projects here and there. I found out about different things I could do - like resume writing verses content management - and decided I didn't want to limit myself to just one field of expertise. Now, I keep my options open by freelancing on the side of my full time job.
