We had two decks built recently in Kent for our home, one larger deck off our kitchen, and one smaller deck off the side of our home. We highly recommend General Solutions LLC as the quality of their work is excellent. They are very professional, highly knowledgeable in construction and local coding requirements and are very professional. We worked together to come up with a new design, added an under decking water management system to control moisture and they installed all new composite Trex decking boards. They take pride in their work and don't cut corners. We highly recommend their services and will look to use them again in the future.

Kris is genuinely one of the most honest hardworking individuals we have met. Him and his team were a pleasure to have work in our home. When he came originally to price out the project he explained all of our options and costs, he was honest throughout the entire process. When it came to scheduling he was more than willing to find something that worked for both of our schedules. We had a slight increase due to what was originally quoted because of an issue we found in our house and we are happy he was able to find it otherwise our house likely wouldn’t have been as stable. It was honestly worth it knowing that our beam placement was for our safety. I would more than recommend him!

I needed siding replaced and some old deck ledger board removed from my home. Kris and his team were fantastic! They were very professional, maintained great communication with me, were fair in price and did excellent work with great attention to detail.
