I always provide upfront estimates and do my best to stick to them. If something changes along the way I will keep you updated.

Before beginning a project, no matter how small, I like to learn as much as I can about your needs and expectations. This helps everyone stay on the same page and eliminate surprises.

I have over 20 years experience with all types of computers and electronics. From laptops and personal computers to tablets and home theater systems, I love them all.
