Mark is an excellent person to work with. He was flexible in terms of meeting up to take a look/pass off my computer/drop it off when the work was done. He replaced my laptop's cracked touchscreen and sped up my computer with more RAM, and my new screen works perfectly and my computer runs so much more quickly now. I highly recommend Mark!
