Introduction: I am a Masters level, Licensed Professional Counselor with close to thirty years experience in the mental health field - including advanced training and specialization in working with individuals and families with varied diagnoses. Included in this group are Veterans and others with Traumatic Brain Injuries and PTSD; individual addictions, anger and behavior management problems, anxiety and depression, gay, lesbian and trans issues and support, relationship and family matters. A Medical Doctor is also available to clients who may need medication management. This service will utilize the individual client’s private insurance, or self-pay.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Individual Counseling - fifty-minute long, short-term therapy that empowers the client and legitimizes her/his concerns and sets up short and long-term life goals. Each session will be $85/appointment. Couples work – hour-long spouse/partner counseling that deals with individual feelings and concerns and works on increasing communication skills with the couple in order to deal with problems that have arisen in the relationship. Fee - $90/session. Family therapy - deals with the subjective experience and unexpressed feelings in various family issues, anger and dysfunction. Fee - $110/session. Group Therapy - various groups will be offered: • Anger management • Addiction • Gay, lesbian, transgendered issues • Parental groups • Fee - $20/person, per session Regina is offering her services on a cash basis/sliding-scale fee agreement; and is also in the process of obtaining paneling for various insurance companies.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Client’s will be offered a free initial communication/assessment to assist in planning their course of therapy, and will work with Regina in ascertaining what level of care is most appropriate.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have two Master's degrees in counseling; am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and have years of trainings in addiction/prevention counseling, individual, family and group counseling and gender-specific psychotherapy.
