- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our Prices are TaX, set up, take down and travel included. Our packages are built for your needs. Unless mentioned, our quotes do not include the ceremony sound system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to know as much about the event as possible and after I send a quote I do a follow up in 24 hours. If I am hired, I enter their info into our online planning system and send an email with log in info. A digital contract is created and both parties sign it and the deposit of 30% is paid either online or by check.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 1999 when I started would watch other DJs work and learn from them. now, I treat every event as a learning experience. in addition I train with other DJs on our MC and mixing skills and attand seminars.
