Ro came out to give me an estimate for washer/dryer installation and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was very reasonable and extremely professional. I can appreciate his positive attitude and extensive knowledge in addition to his safety protocols as he was conscientious of mask, gloves and appropriate distancing/contact. I can tell from his thoroughness that he knows exactly what he is doing and I will be using him to perform this appliance installation as soon as I work out logistics. Can't say enough good things about my interaction with him as well as his professionalism and efficiency in thoughtfully explaining the process to me.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are established using our price chart that will be discussed prior to start of any service. There are no hidden fees, and our company prides itself on transparency. Discounts are available for the Military, Senior Citizens and Our Healthcare workers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Plumbers are required to complete studies at a technical institution related to plumbing and piping followed by a 4-years apprenticeship where they are paired with license plumbers for on-the-job experiences. They are then eligible to sit for the P2 (Journeymen) license. Some plumbers go on obtain their P1 (Master Plumber) license.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for a plumber who is experienced and knowledgeable that also showcases quality work ethics and upfront pricing.
