- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a pretty typical process for the most part. Discovery, Planning, Creative, Development, Testing, Launch. However, what makes our process unique is that typically for larger website projects and web & mobile apps, we break out discovery from the rest of the project. When we get into a complex project, we find its very important for both us and the client to do an in-depth discovery process and create a very detailed technical document before either party decides to move ahead with the project. In this field, one small detail can drastically change how you build a product, so we perform an in-depth discovery upfront at a separate cost. Our clients who have gone through this process come away feeling confident in their development plan and empowered that theyve learned a lot through the process.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The MB3 story started when Aaron and Kate (the co-founders) joined forces in 2012. After years of collaborating, they discovered that together their ideas, skills and passion created for some pretty awesome results.
