- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $95.00 for a complete resume and cover letter, with 25% payable upon request.then 75% upon delivery. They will be sent to you on a disc or electronically, or both. Eldercare consults are $99.00 for the first meeting/interview, then a plan is developed. Each visit following is billed at $50.00/h I will accept credit cards, cash or money orders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer an in-person meeting, I do data collection following that assessment meeting, then begin to develop a plan including the client. I then further develop the plan, email the plan for review by the client. We begin with either teleconferencing, facetime or in-person meetings and proceed as long as the client is engaged until all goals are met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly trying to keep up skills. I see it as part of my professional committment. I recently became an educator for the national organization S.A.G.E. to bring awareness to LGBTQ elders and their needs. My goal this year is to get a geriatric certificate and expand my business to include geriatric care management
