- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional I am continually invited to conferences and meetings with some of the worlds top talent to learn and be trained in the newest technologies and actively participate in many "Beta" programs to test out new hardware and software. I will always continue to learn as much I can about everything I do.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Since I was about 6 years old I was fascinated with what computers do and can do. I love finding new ways to make computers help everyday life for everyone.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Never assume they have any actual knowledge, make them prove it and explain things to you. If I am helping you, I don't' want to just fix you problem but teach you so you can understand it too, and let you know why it happened and how to prevent it from happening again. You will know my understanding of what I am doing because I will share my knowledge with you. Don't let someone just follow a guide for your issue and tell you its fixed without telling you why it is broken.
