I have been using ProfExt for years and its always been a great experience. For the last year, I have a had a regular guy, Brian, who always takes it a step beyond. I use the company for normal prevention of pests, and Mosquito/Tick treatments (all extremely successful), but since Brians been on the scene things are a different level. He spots everything. He caught wood eating ants in a random tree (among hundreds that line my yard) and got rid of them, he caught more in a deck railing by the feint sight of some wood dust on the ground below, and he has regularly spotted tiny young wasp nests in nooks and crannies I would have never noticed. ProfExt has ben reliable, reasonable and timely in the 10 years or so I have used them, but Brian deserves a different level of credit for his professionalism and competence.
