Isabel was the absolute best. I was three weeks from graduating from UConn when my hard drive failed. I went to the Apple Store and the pretty much told me "too bad". I pretty much wanted to bawl because I was going to lose an entire semester's worth of work, not to mention a 20 page research I had been working on for months. I found A+ Perfect Computers while searching google, and am I happy! Isabel was able to recover everything on my hard drive and give me a new hard drive for literally HUNDREDS less than I was quoted by other companies. Isabel got all the data off of my destroyed external hard drive! I was about to send it to a lab to get the data extracted but Isabel was able to do it very quickly! She saved me hundreds of dollars and I was able to complete my finals for college! I would have lost years of valuable work without Isabel!
