I provide transparent, detailed estimates for every project, so customers know exactly what to expect before work begins. Pricing is based on the scope of the project, materials, and labor, and I strive to offer fair rates that reflect quality craftsmanship. I’m happy to discuss options for budgeting, material choices, or phased work to help meet financial goals without compromising on results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins with an initial consultation to understand the customer’s goals, vision, and budget. From there, I provide a detailed estimate and timeline, answer any questions, and finalize the project plan. Once the project begins, I maintain clear communication, provide updates throughout, and ensure every detail meets high-quality standards. After completion, I follow up to make sure the customer is fully satisfied with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 12 years of experience in home remodeling and construction, and I’ve completed formal training in Field Training, OSHA, Florida State Licensed Contractor courses. I stay up to date with the latest building codes, remodeling techniques, and design trends to ensure every project is safe, functional, and visually appealing. My combination of hands-on experience and ongoing professional development allows me to deliver high-quality results for every client.
