Introduction: I am a Real Bearded Santa with Many Years of Experience. This Includes Being The Official Santa For The Connecticut Hospice, West Point's " Wounded Warrior " Program, A Volunteer with The Santa America Organization. a Volunteer at Christmas Village in Torrington, CT, The Official Santa For Many Local Community Centers and Masonicare in Southwestern Connecticut. I Have a Degree From The University of Santa Claus and Speak Spanish. I Have Done Entire Events in Spanish Only. My Outfits are Custom Made, Not Cheap Department Store Costumes. Throughout The Year, It is My Policy to Attend Whatever Ongoing Educational Training is Available, Sometimes Traveling Great Distances to do So. This Will be a Lifelong Effort as This is Something I KNOW is of Great Importance. When People Ask Why I Take So Much Time Away From My Business To Provide So Many Santa Visits at No Cost, I Always Tell Them The Same Thing. The Words May Not Always Be The Same, But It Goes Something Like This - " I Get Far More From These Visits Than Those Receiving The Visits " On 12/23/10, I Visited a Hospice Patient in Central Connecticut. She Passed Away on 12/26/10. Several Days Later, I Received a Letter From Her Daughter Letting Me Know That From The Time I Left Her Room Until The Time She Said Goodbye to This World, She Had a Smile on Her Face and was Humming Christmas Carols. Combine That Incredible Sense of Accomplishment with The Smiles I Receive from Children and Adults Alike, and The Result is The Best Job in The World!
